Pomegranate

Pomegranate is one of my favourites and I add it to my meals every day. Eating it plain or adding it to yogurt or even in salad, it is one of my favorite fruits and can be easily described as a superfood.

A pomegranate can meet 50% of the daily needs of vitamin C, and is also rich in vitamin K, friendly acid and potassium.
Did you know that daily consumption of pomegranate and especially pomegranate juice can help inhibit further weight gain? 🏃‍♀️
Pomegranate also provides several antioxidants such as tannins, polyphenols and anthocyanins, all of which are beneficial for chronic diseases.
It also contains phenolic substances that are not found anywhere else in nature with strong antioxidant activity.
Pomegranate juice has been found:

👉🏼 To Improve blood circulation
👉🏼 To prevents the oxidation of bad cholesterol (LDL).
👉🏼 To protect the prostate health in men
👉🏼 To increases testosterone levels


Take advantage of this season when the pomegranate is in abundance since its season is from September to the end of November, however you can still find pomegranate now in December.
